Fulfills members needs and sends correspondences to ensure member satisfaction.  Has knowlegde of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.  Has knowledge of all LOBs, scripts, and workflows-or is able to obtain information rapidly as needed.  Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.  Works under immediate supervision.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Handles incoming calls.
  • Performs Outbound calls (Welcome calls, OEV calls).
  • Meets or exceeds company and client performances metrics.
  • Maintains phone and contact logs and documents call details appropriate.


Minimum Requirements:


Education:  High School Diploma - some college preferred


Knowledge:  Detail orientated, fast learner, and excellent communication skills. Possesses technical ability to use phone and computer system.


Preferred: - 1+ years experience in customer service/call center with background in Medicaid and Medicare.


Skills & Trainings:  Bilingual Russian/English a must.
