Job Summary:

Oversees, coordinates, plans and organizes the day-to-day operations and administrative matters to support the goals and objectives of the Provider Relations department.  Assist in the coordination and management of administrative matters and handles confidential information. ensures efficient and accurate provider lead distribution to internal and external Network Development resources.  Works under the direction of Provider Services Supervisor.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of Casetrakker Provider Issue Log.
  • Assignment of Casetrakker Provider Recruitment Requests.
  • Follow up with Providers on recruitment requests.
  • Preparation of Recruitment Packets.
  • Scheduling Site visit appointments.
  • Updating records in Casetrakker

 

 

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or BS/BA Degree Preferred
  • Experience with PC based applications
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
