    The Operations Project Specialist supports the department in performing functions that enable key business processes and practices. The incumbent of this position will interact with subject matter experts, and other areas of the organization to provide support in various tasks related to achieving business objectives. The Operations Project Specialist will contribute to a broad set of projects across the department.





    • Manage and monitor the performance of Operational vendors.
    • Guide projects, initiatives and programs to successful implementation.
    • Ensure material and equipment resources are properly allocated and accounted for.
    • Establish plans to improve or evolve performance and deal with any escalations.
    • Provide guidance, feedback, and leadership to achieve continuous improvement on all operational and quality metrics
    • Develop and revise Policies and Procedures as well as Workflows and Processes related to Operational Departments along with the respective management
    • Work alongside Managers and Supervisors interdepartmentally to strategically plan and present solutions to identified difficulties
    • Build and reach consensus with leadership concerning identified problem areas and purses recommended solutions to increase growth and to improve productivity.
    • Identify opportunities to improve processes; drive workforce productivity and cost savings for the business; track, analyze and evaluate key performance indicators (KPI) and service levels; perform root cause analysis and identify potential solutions.




    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years’ related experience
    • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills.
    • Strong Data Analysis; Ability to maintain planning and organization across multiple projects from inception to completion; works accurately and efficiently under pressure.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office:  Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
    • Ability to collaborate across levels from entry-management to cross functional teams across multiple discipline. Demonstrate leadership strength through action.
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of management; ability to engage and influence employees through strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work well as the member of a team or alone
