    Centers Plan for Healthy Living is seeking an Account Manager!

    Responsibilities

        

    • Meets sales and sales development goals as assigned by management, while ensuring full compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
    • Submits referrals in a complete and timely manner. 
    • Plan, organize and execute marketing and sales programs.
    • Develops and maintains new contacts and/or partnerships in the community,coordinates and implements strategies and growing membership, presentations,community and provider marketing events and conducts social service outreach for potential members.
    • Serves as a resource to the members and the community as needed.
    • Identifies cultural opportunities regarding potential members; communicates those issues and concerns to management immediately.       Act as the point person for outside, inside and partner sales teams.
    • Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
    • Develop marketing plans.
    • Manage vendor contracts.
    • Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as an advocate and information source for Centers Plan for Healthy Living.Attend trade shows and events to market product.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.

    Qualifications

     

     

    Education

    Required:   High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred:   BS/BA degree

     

     

    Type of Experience                                        

    Required:  

    Minimum of 1-3 years MLTC consumer services sales experience

         Experience multitasking and strategizing with the task of implementing and

    developing a multitude of marketing and sales plans and goals

    Preferred:   Direct experience selling Medicare/Medicaid insurance products.

     

    Required Technical Skills:    Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

     

    Valid DMV Driver’s license

         New York State Insurance Producer License Preferred

         In future, license will be required to market CPHL Medicare Advantage/FIDA programs
