    Centers Plan for Healthy Living (CPHL), is a Managed Care Organization servicing members with Medicare and/or Medicaid.  Our goal is to provide members and all those involved in their care with the guidance and health plan choices they need for healthy living.     Customer Service Representative- Bilingual Mandarin/Cantonese & Spanish


    Primary Responsibility:

    Provide excellent customer service in a healthcare environment. Quickly and accurately identify and assess individual customer needs and take appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs. Solve problems systematically following established practices and procedures.

    Job Functions:

    • Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
    • Complete assigned tasks and projects based on set priorities and deadlines.
    • Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products/markets and the applicable state and federal regulations.



    Education & Required Skills:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior customer service experience, call center and healthcare experience preferred.
    • Preferred knowledge of Medicaid and/or Medicare in a managed care setting.
    • Must be available to work a 7.5 hour shift anytime within our 8:00am to 8:00pm business hours including weekends.
    • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
    • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings.
    • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and the internet.
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational and persuasive communications skills, both oral and written.
