Essential Job Functions:
Deliver relevant training courses and materials designed to provide understanding and clarity across all CPHL Line of business. Demonstrate professionalism and leadership skills along with the ability to develop, direct, and support staff. The ability to determine what training guides/resources the staff needs/when they need it. Skilled in managing, organizing, and prioritizing workload. Able to create training guides and facilitate classroom-based training. Capable of understanding various learning styles and adapt based on the trainees needs.

Able to travel to all office locations; Staten Island, Bronx, Jamaica, Garden City and Farmingdale.
