    Centers Plan for Healthy Living (CPHL), is a Managed Care Organization servicing members with Medicare and/or Medicaid.  Our goal is to provide members and all those involved in their care with the guidance and health plan choices they need for healthy living. CPHL is committed to providing quality, coordinated health care to some of the most honored and yet still vulnerable members of our community.

    Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY:

     

    Under the direction of the CPHL Marketing Manager the Community Account Liaison will seek qualified referrals for CPHL within his/her assigned territory.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

     

    • Accurately communicate the benefits of CPHL Managed Long Term Care Plan to eligible. beneficiaries and their families in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations.
    • Develop territory by creating and maintaining community relationships.
    • Prepare necessary paperwork including enrollment forms, expense reports, daily activity reports and weekly activity sheets.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience::

    • Preferred: Bachelor Degree  

    Type of Experience                                          

    • Preferred:  2 years Sales Experience; managed care/health care experience a plus

    Specific Technical Skills

    • Preferred:    Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

    Certifications/Licensure:

    • Required:    Valid DMV Driver’s License (need access to vehicle to travel within the assigned territory)

    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Superior presentation and selling skills
    • Excellent communication

    • Climbing Stairs, Driving, Walking, Carrying of Heavy Boxes up to 50lbs, Sitting, Visual, Aural Acuity
    • Remain Calm and patient when dealing with prospective members
    •  Must be able to meet deadlines and sales quotas
    • Travel to multiple locations with challenging parking and traffic conditions
