    Under the direction of the AVP of Business Development, and Internal Support Manager MLTC; the MAPD Coordinator will be working closely with Benefit Navigator and responsible for reaching out and following up with prospects who show interest in knowing more about Medicare product. The MAPD Coordinator will then generate a Scope of Appointment for these leads for Medicare Sales Rep to continue following up with interested prospects.






    • Communicate and work closely with Benefit Navigators.
    • Provides thorough and effective customer service including timely responses and follow-ups to all prospects and members.
    • Create “Scope of Appointments” for Medicare Reps to reach out and follow up for further assistance.
    • Transfer Calls to appropriate departments if needed to fully assist each prospect with their questions or concerns.
    • Document call interactions and develop activity reports.
    • Work closely with MLTC and MAPD management in accomplishing goals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.


    Education and Experience:




    Required: High School Diploma required 

    Preferred: Bachelor Degree  



    Type of Experience                                          


    Preferred: Customer Service in Health Care or related experience 


    Specific Technical Skills

    Required: Microsoft Office






    Knowledge and Skills:

    • Bilingual
    • Basic computer skills required
    • Clear and enthusiastic phone-speaking voice
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand terms for Seniors
    • Organization and problem-solving skills
