    The primary function of the Clinical Operations Project Manager is to support data management functions that operationally and technically support the department. The role requires advanced working knowledge of MS Access and Excel, ability to monitor progress of projects; provide feedback and recommendations; compile and present results of analyses to appropriate parties; and develop and prepare meeting materials that monitor progress of projects. 

    The Clinical Operations Project Manager should be able to work independently to develop analytical and operational business solutions.




    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Conduct research; gather data; use statistical and analytical techniques to identify potential issues and resolutions.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Create process and workflow documents, as necessary
    • Perform extracting, importing, and exporting of data in various database applications.
    • Performs data reconciliations to identify data anomalies.



    Education and Experience:



    • BA/BS degree in healthcare management or equivalent experience




    Type of Experience                                         


    • Proven working experience in project management
    • 3+ years of formal/informal project management or other management experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Effective presentation skills
    • Technical aptitude


    •    3+ years of formal project management experience
    •     Information Systems or other technical experience
    •     Proficiency in Microsoft Project
    •     Healthcare industry experience


    Specific Technical Skills






     Knowledge and Skills:

    •    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    •     Healthcare industry experience a plus.
    •     Proficient in Excel
