    Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY:

     

    The Intake Coordinator position is responsible for the multiple administrative tasks for which the Intake department is responsible. This includes tracking visit outcomes, submitting prospects for enrollments, responding to rejected submissions, completing authorizations, monitoring and producing operational reports as needed, reaching out to vendors as needed, reconciling UAS and membership lists, pulling information from UAS into the membership database, and other duties as needed to ensure compliance with all aspects of CPHL MLTC Intake operations. Intake Coordinators are efficient, detail oriented, critical thinkers and problem solvers, who can work effectively and efficiently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines. 

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Review all potential enrollments ensuring all cases meet requirements for submission to the NY State for MLTC enrollment.
    • Assist in the processing of CDPAS referrals and confirmation of PA hiring.
    • Review and enter all plans of care from assessment into UM shells.
    • Work with marketing team to obtain any outstanding enrollment documents.
    • Track and resolve issues that are causing delays in a prospect’s enrollment.
    • Ensure case lists are up-to-date and accurate.
    • Submission of regular productivity reports.
    • Additional assignments and duties as needed.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

     

    Required: 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
    • Minimum 2 years professional experience in related field

    Preferred:

    • Knowledge of MLTC regulatory requirements
    • Knowledge of current CDPAS DOH guidelines
    • College degree
