    The Enrollment Associate position is responsible for processing referrals/applications in an accurate and timely manner, entering all information into Case Trakker, communicating with appropriate departments as needed, maintaining accurate records, and appropriately escalating any issues that arise. The Enrollment Associate understands and easily communicates the eligibility criteria for the line of business they work under, and utilizes those programs and software necessary for accurate processing of all referrals/applications received.





    • Receives and processes referrals/applications in a timely manner
    • Accurately enters data into CaseTrakker, the CPHL database of record
    • Completes assigned tasks accurately following all workflows
    • Maintains departmental records and files, and submits reports as needed
    • Professional and timely intra and inter-departmental communication
    • Maintains contacts with outside vendors and other entities as needed
    • Up-to-date knowledge of eligibility criteria and benefits of plan
    • Complies with all CPHL standards for documentation
    • Maintains member confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA requirements
    • Participates in quality improvement initiatives
    • Recognizes any operational challenges/quality issues and escalate appropriately, suggesting process improvements
    • Other duties as assigned


    Education and Skills:


    Type of Experience


    Work with databases, data entry, and Excel a plus

    Experience with health insurance plans and enrollment procedures preferred



    Education and Skills

    ·                           HS Diploma required, college education preferred

    ·                           Computer proficiency

    ·                           Accurate data entry skills

    ·                           Effective and professional interpersonal and customer service skills

    ·                           Ability to work well under tight deadlines
