This position tracks and maintains members Medicaid/Medicare coverage within the various CPHL lines of business by productive communication with members, assigned vendors engaged by CPHL, state and city contacts and inter-departmental communication within CPHL to successfully sustain members' appropriate coverage.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
· Ability to work well with multiple companies and individual personalities, as well as frail elderly individuals and their families.
· Strong telecommunication skills
· Work experience in Medicare/Medicaid-related field
· Proficient use of Excel
Education and Skills
· HS Diploma required, college education preferred
· Computer proficiency
